Molly Stevenson, founder of Creative Group Work, believes that any creative activity can improve well-being. She runs self-development groups that help people to connect to themselves and others through creativity. This work draws on her experience of working as a Creative Director at the Claremont Project, a busy Arts and Therapy centre for over 55s in North London and of running groups for expatriates at Community Help Service, a mental health service in Brussels.

Molly also supports people to come together to create community projects that use their skills and creativity, drawing on her experience of working alongside communities in Guatemala, Mauritania, Malawi, India, Belgium and Gran Canaria.
